In the event that you need a quick decision, you may choose to get the premium services, also often referred to as the fast track services. • How Can You Apply for the UK Visa Premium Services? • The process of applying for a fast track visa is different depending on whether you are applying from inside the UK or outside the UK.

  2. How Can You Apply for the UK Visa Premium Services? • When applying from inside the UK, there are two different kinds of premium services. The Priority Service gives you a decision of your Tier 1 (general and entrepreneur visas), spouse visa and student visas within 5 working days. The regular time on the other hand is 8 weeks. Moreover, the Super Priority Service gives you a decision on these visas within 24 hours of applying. You can also get your indefinite leave to remain decision within 24 hours through this service.

How Can You Apply for the UK Visa Premium Services? • When applying from outside the UK, you can get a quick decision on your non-settlement visas which include visitor visas, student visas and tier 2 work visas. The home gives you a decision within 5 working days instead of 15 with the Priority Service Visa. The Super Priority Visa gives you a decision within 24 hours on your non-settlement visa.

  4. Can a Premium Visa Service Influence my Decision? • Getting a UK Visa Premium Service simply means you get the final decision on your visa application much faster than the normal. However, contrary to a common misconception, getting a fast track service does not influence your visa decision in any way. • How Much Do I Have to Pay for it? • When applying from outside the UK, you have to pay £220 for the Priority Service and £956 for the Super Priority Service. Moreover, when applying from inside the UK, you have to pay £500 for the Priority Service and £800 for the Super Priority Service.
