General information • State unitary company Radioexport was established in March 24, 1988 according to enactment 376 of the Soviet Government. «Radioexport» was created on the basis of «Radiozagranpostavka» established in November 2, 1966 by а governmental decree № 25-91. • Company’s mission is to fulfill the needs of Russian companies providing domestic and foreign electronic components, technologies, production lines, software, CALS technologies, measurement, computing instruments and sales promotion of Russian electronic components abroad. • Radioexport as a legal entity acts on the company charter and Russian laws. The Company is incorporated in the Federal agency of industry. At present «Radioexport» is a member of The Russian Technologies State Corporation (Holding company «Zodiak»)

Company’s activity The main spheres of «Radioexport» activity are: • Import of assembly lines, equipment and spare parts, electronic components for all industrial branches; • Export of computing and measurement equipment, navigational and radiolocating gadgets, household electronic and radio goods and other high-tech equipment and spare parts; • Supplying of electronic design automation equipment; Arranging exhibitions, representing foreign company on the Russian market; • Investment and credit activities; • Export and import of other goods and services.
