Our reality reflects what is needed to be released, healed, or made aware in order to support our highest intentions. We get better outcomes when an upsetting situation is faced with positivity than with negativity. In QSCA Coaching Program with the support of a Certified Quantum Success Coach, we will be able to understand the function of contrast, and how to use undesirable circumstances to clarify and attain exactly what we really want to achieve. If we feel upset and frustrated as we think of the contrast we experience, this is a great moment to realize that there is a point of tension and there is inner work that needs to be done. Asking what the frustration is all about, what it is trying to tell us, and digging deeper with the feelings will release not only the feelings of frustration, but also the point of attraction within us to these types of things that cause us to feel that specific feeling. If we take our attention, feelings and emotions off of the things that are bad or the contrast, and place our attention on the things that are good, it shifts our mood and our point of attraction.
