Dr. Chun-Ju Chang has directed research with Jing-Jen Lin, Yeuk-Chuen Liu, Min-Hsiung Pan, Mong-Fong Lee, Bonnie Sun Pan on the title “Hepatoprotective mechanism of freshwater clam extract alleviates non- alcoholic fatty liver disease elucidated in vitro and in vivo models. Food & Function, 9(12):6315-6325.”.

  4. Chun-Ju Chang Ph.D. has collaborated with Hshuan-Chen Liu, Tsung-Han Yang, Meng-Tsan Chiang to go through the Long-term feeding of red algae ameliorates glucose and lipid metabolism in a high fructose diet-impaired glucose tolerance rat model. Journal of Food and Drug Analysis, 25(3):543-549.

  5. Chun-Ju Chang has contributed and worked with Kuo- Ching Jan, Mei-Ying Huang, Tristan C. Liu to assess the Hypolipidemic Effect of Blended Oil in Hamster: Biochemical Analysis and Gene Expression Profiling. Journal of Food and Nutrition Research, 4(1):26-32.
