  4. GRADUATION PROGRESS This document lists all of your classes, but is organized by graduation requirements.

  5. REVIEW YOUR DOCUMENTS Take a few minutes to look over your Transcript and Graduation Progress reports. If you notice any errors, discrepancies, or incorrect address information, circle the issue and write a note. Turn in any errors to Ms. Cavanagh in the Public Office. If there are no errors, these are your documents to keep. On the Transcript, do not worry about the “Additional State Requirements” at this time – this information will be updated later.

  6. REVIEW YOUR DOCUMENTS On the Transcript, if you don’t understand the letter codes next to your classes, use the Course Designation key at the top. • CADR/HECB = college entrance requirement Use these documents to determine the classes you need to take next year. • Don’t forget, you need: • 1.0 credits – Fine and Performing Arts • 1.0 credits – CTE • 1.5 credits – Fitness and .5 credit Health

  7. REVIEW YOUR DOCUMENTS Take a few minutes and examine your transcript and graduation status report.

  8. REGISTRATION FORM There are three sections to your registration form that you must complete: Required classes Primary electives Alternative electives Most required choices are on the front, but all electives are on the back. You must fill in your primary elective choices AND4 alternatives in order to have your form processed.

  9. REGISTRATION FORM This registration form is a practice form so that you can explore all of your options before the counselors come to your classes to register later this week. Be sure to keep it safe (along with your transcript and graduation progress reports) so that you can use it to complete your official form.

  10. FILLING OUT THE FORM

  11. REVIEW YOUR REGISTRATION Take a few minutes and fill out your practice registration form

  12. RUNNING START Only for students going into 11th or 12th grade. If you are considering Running Start there will be lunch meetings in March to get information. On the top of the registration form, select the Running Start option you are considering. You will have to apply for Running Start, so you must still complete the LC registration form as if you will be attending classes at LC next year.

  13. SPOKANE VIRTUAL LEARNING If you are considering taking an SVL class, you will need to register for the class yourself at www.spokanevirtual.com If you know the class you are planning to take, write the course name on your registration form so we can be aware of your plans.

  14. It is very important that you take time to carefully consider all of your course options for next year. • Filling out this form correctly is an important first step. There will not be many opportunities for you to make changes once the form is submitted. • In early spring, you will receive a preview copy of your schedule for next year. Put your best paw forward!
