Comparison: Existing and Proposed IVMP Zoning * Calculated for existing zoning using 160 SF bedrooms, 400 SF living rooms, 400 SF dinning rooms, and 240 of miscellaneous additional space. Calculated for proposed zoning using 2-bedroom 1000 SF units and an additional 100 sq ft per unit for circulation and common area. Isla Vista Master Plan
