  2. 1 THRUSTER Thrusters, also called barbell thrusters, are a great crossfit exercise that works many muscle groups at once. First, learn the move with a dowel or unloaded barbell so you can perfect your form before adding weight. 

  3. 2 WEIGHTED STEP-UP This exercise can be done almost anywhere since the only equipment needed is an adjustable step, or bench, and some weights.

  4. 3 PUSH PRESS Push press is one of the finest moves in existence because you use a bit of full-body momentum it allows you to handle more weight than the strict shoulder press.

  5. 4 LUNGES A lunge is a single-leg bodyweight exercise that works your hips, glutes, quads, hamstrings, core, and the hard-to-reach muscles of the inner thigh. Lunges can help you develop lower-body strength and endurance, and unlike squats.
