  6. Cleaning Systems • Zone/Area cleaning - this system centers around one cleaner assigned to a single floor, station, section of a building or pod in a facility. The employee performs all duties related to cleaning. • Team/Specialist cleaning - this system’s focus is on a division of labor. Team cleaning divides zone cleaning activities into four distinct functions.
