  2. 1865. Oblikovanje Donjeg grada. Na mjestu Zrinjevca nastaje Novi trg, a trg Maršala Tita je prazna poljana

  3. 1878. Poljana postaje Sajmište

  4. 1882. Po prvi put se pojavljuje zamisao o kontinuiranim zelenim površinama koje počinju na Zrinjevcu, a završavaju na poziciji današnjeg Trga Maršala Tita

  5. Regulatorna osnova iz 1887. s označenim zelenim površinama i pozicijom željezničke pruge
