Open Science describes a way of working which makes research more inclusive, more collaborative and more transparent.  Elsevier partners with the research community to empower open science. Global article growth by journal business model In 2017 there were an estimated 2.2 million subscription and 0.5 million open access articles published worldwide. • 17%of total share are published in all gold open access (GOA), including subsidized articles • 83%articles are published through subscription model in 2017 Title (change with Header & footer button)
