Origine et prix du gaz naturel • Flandres : Gaz pauvre (Low) venant des Pays-Bas • Wallonie: Gaz riche (High) venant de Pays Arabes et Mer du Nord • 6 % de la consommation belge est du gaz russe • Le gaz est côté, donc il fluctue (géopolitique, offre et demande,…) • B2B: Variation journalière, hebdomadaire • B2C: Peu de variation

Contrat gaz SerenityFixed • Contrat manuel ou informatique • Pour les consommations < 100 MWh: redevance 50€/an • Pas de redevance pour les consommations > 100 MWh. • Les prix de transfert (prix minimas) sont communiqués par mail le lundi matin et sont valables jusqu’au vendredi 16h. • Pas de limite de prix maximum mais TOTAL exige de rester raisonnable.
