February 2012 – Addendum 8 New Business Suite Access: • With this release we are introducing Skyward Business fields as a beta option to Data Warehouse. • Customers who own the Skyward School Business Suite can now pull financial data into Data Warehouse. If customers run a combined Student/Business system, they have the ability to run Data Warehouse in a combined mode or setup a separate Business Data Warehouse. If the Business database is separate from Student they must setup a separate Business Data Warehouse program. • Areas that have been added are: • Account Fiscal Year to Date • Account Master • Account Monthly Totals • HR Benefit Codes • HR Check History • HR Deduction Code • HR Pay Benefit History • HR Pay Deduction History • HR Pay History • Vendor Master Order From • Vendor Master Remit To

February 2012 – Addendum 8 New Features within Table Reports: • Set Page Break within Sorts - You can set a page break when the data in the sort changes. • New Grand Totaling section – For each column users will be able to get Distinct Counts, Average, Maximum Value, Minimum Value, Standard Deviation, Sum and Variance within a report. • Field Alignment – Users can now set the field alignment to Left, Center or Right for the Column Header and/or the Data. New System Features: • Custom Forms – Users now have a new report type called Custom Forms. With Custom Forms you will be able to create one page documents that can pull data related to the area as well as sub reports tied to the area. You will also have the ability to add text and images to the form. • Updated link between Skyport and Data Warehouse. • Name-ID = User ID – Within the filter area of reports users can set the name-id equal to the user logged into Data Warehouse and limit the user to only records tied to them.

  5. February 2012 – Addendum 8 New Data Warehouse Website: • If you log into the Skyward Support Center you will see a new option called Data Warehouse Report Sharing under Additional Services. Within this area you will be able to preview and download report templates created by Skyward or other School Districts. You will also be able to submit reports to be added to the site.
