  2. Honoring God’s LeadersLessons from Korah’s Rebellion Who were the rebels? • Korah – a Levite (Exodus 6:21) • Dathan, Abiram and On – Reubenites • 250 leaders – representatives of the congregation. • All of them were obviously envious (James 3:14-16)

  3. Honoring God’s LeadersLessons from Korah’s Rebellion What were the complaints? • Moses and Aaron have set themselves over Israel. (Numbers 16:3, 13) • Moses has failed to bring Israel to the Promised Land. (Numbers 16:14)

(Numbers 6:12; Matthew 8:5-10) • They do not appreciate the works of God. (Psalm 106:7) • They do not appreciate their position. (Numbers 16:8-9)
