  6. Evacuation items Medications and Medical Supplies Copies of prescriptions as well as dosage or treatment information. If you receive regular services such as home health care, treatment or transportation, talk to your service provider about their emergency plans. Emergency Documents Family records, medical records, wills, deeds, bank accounts information. Directions for operating equipment or life-saving devices you rely on, cash or travelers checks in case you need to purchase supplies. Additional Items If you use eyeglasses, hearing aids and hearing aid batteries, wheelchair batteries or oxygen, have extra if possible. Have copies of medical insurance, Medicare and Medicaid cards readily available.
