  3. *~Before the Test~* • Go to bed EARLY and get a good nights sleep • Talk to your parents about any concerns you may have • EAT A HEALTHY BREAKFAST • Fox Road will provide a FREE breakfast for all students on the days of EOG’s • Think POSITIVELY and have a good ATTITUDE 

  4. *~Math Strategies~* • Read the problem and highlight or underline key words. • SHOW YOUR WORK • You can write: IN THE TEST, SCRATCH PAPER, and GRAPH PAPER • You can even get more paper if needed! • Take time before starting to write down formulas or things you want to remember for the test.

  5. *~Math Strategies, cont.~* • Check for mistakes • Use your calculator • If the answer isn’t there, redo the problem and don’t guess. • Answers that involve fractions will be simplified • “Drawings are not drawn to scale”
