  3. Today we will… • Complete round one of Factors Championship • Link players strengths to factors that impact positively on their performance • Make a plan as to how we will identify factors that impact positively and negatively on our performance • Decide if our plan is appropriate

Factors Championship On a weekly basis you will participate in the Factors Championship The Factors Championship will be based around the factors impacting on performance table Initially you will be required to match a factor to the appropriate column in the table As your knowledge improves you may be asked to define a factor or match a definition to a factor

Factors Championship Round One Starter Task 2 Answer the five questions below at the back of your jotter • How many factors can impact on your performance before, during and after activity • Name the factors that can impact on your performance before, during and after activity • Which factor can be broken down into three sub sections • Name the three sub sections of this factor • Draw a basketball key and mark out the defensive structure 2:2:1
