1. Kindergarten Connection April 22, 2011 Conference time: 10:30-11:00 This week we completed our study of fairy tales. The children have really enjoyed getting to know the heroes and villains in these timeless stories. In math, the children used all kinds of fun manipulatives and story mats to act out addition problems. In social studies, we recognized that it is our responsibility to help take care of the places where we live by recycling, reusing and reducing to protect our natural resources. Reminder… For our new science unit, the children will be investigating different kinds of seeds. Please send in one or two packets of seeds by Tuesday. We appreciate your help!
