Through this initiative, Colony will reward RM 10,000 to any person that recommends a candidate who is hired and confirmed after the initial interview screenings and 6 months of probationary employment. This offer is valid for all CVs referred to us within the designated time frame (1st Feb – 28th Feb), and is not applicable for personal applications. Our Executive Directors and HR Manager will make the final decision regarding eligibility of the candidate and the applications or resumes that has been received. 97% of employers continue to peg talent recruitment as one of the most difficult business needs to fulfil due to the skills mismatch in the Malaysian labour market, and Colony is no exception.
