  2. What Is Community Spirit? Community spirit is a group of people working together to help improve the community they live in. A phrase used to describe local people working together for a mutually positive and sometimes pleasurable result. This is what we need, this is what we perspire for. we can only do this by bringing the community together and support each other. THIS IS WHAT WE’RE HERE TO DO! Having a supporting community helps in so many ways that you can’t imagine! Sofia(age24)

  3. Why Is This Event Taking Place? • This event holds a purpose, a purpose to acknowledge the fact that people are in severe conditions and don’t even have food on their plates. • They need us. That is where your expertise come in, help these poor unfortunate people as that is what you do! • This event is also taking place as we want to raise money for our community as they are apart of our everyday life. • By raising money we will help different people interact with each other as this money that is raised will do just that. “Giving to charity is an amazing action!” Khadijah (age 19)

  4. When Is It? I chose this month (July) As it will be a very hot and beautiful day. It will be a great day to present the pitches as more people will attend as it will not be gloomy and sad but it will be a exciting and fun day. 22 25 23 24

  5. Where Is it? This exhilarating and thrilling event will be held at 3D hall. This banquet hall holds up to 500 guests and that is quite a lot, it is furbished and equipped with all that you need. It creates a serene atmosphere as this hall stands tall and is a beautiful building, with all the things that you need! “Many people use 3D hall to hold fabulous functions”

  6. What will be there? • There will be:- • Attractions and Activities • Pony rides Food • Merry go round Stalls • Hit the tins • Tombola • canvas painting • hook a duck • rides for kids • This will be reassuring as there are many activities to take part in ensuring that people will attend and donate for a good cause.

  7. Feed A Child? 18,000 children around the world will die from starvation. That’s 12 lives lost every minute of each passing day. This is a heartbreaking statistic and one that we are determined to change. As a locally owned company, we as people are strongly committed to involvement within our local and global community. How can you let a poor child die, when they had there whole life ahead of them. That’s your job isn’t it, to help them. So by coming to our event you can help them and put a smile on their faces .isn't that what you want to see?

  8. How You Can Help You can help by attending this meaningful event, this would be great as a business for you as you can promote your charity therefore making more money to help those who are in need. Come and raise money to help a good cause. By coming people are acknowledging the what great deed you do and they want to be a part of it, they want to praise you and help you.

  9. Information For You When promoting your charity, you will receive a table for the pitch that you will give to raise money , this will be a cost of £15. How cheap? You may bring things to show what your helpful charity does and to members of your charity group to come and guide the community to give charity. The money you receive from the event will be all yours, so you may grant it to the less fortunate.
