  2. Questions for Analysis/Reflection • Analysis/Reflection paragraph must answer the following questions. • 1. Do you feel that your fitness scores show that you did the best you can do for each of the tests? • 2. How do your scores for each test compare to the average scores for Keith Valley? • 3. Do your scores for each test fall between the low and high scores for the Fitnessgram standards? • 4. Are there any scores from your fitness assessment that you would like to improve? Explain.

  3. Recommendations Recommendations paragraph must answer the following questions. • 1. Apply the F.I.T.T (Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type) Formula to specifically describe; • How would you improve your mile time (cardiovascular endurance)? • How would you improve you pushup score (muscular strength and endurance)? • How would you improve your sit-up score (muscular endurance)? • How would you improve your sit/reach score (flexibility)? • *Each answer should include frequency, intensity, time, type • This information should be used for your IFP (Individual Fitness Plan)
