  7. 1. Submit Intent to Enroll (select Orientationdate) • Begin Housing Application, pay $50 applicationfee: • Log-on to myCIaccount • Select “Student Housing”link • Sign License Agreement • Over 18: electronic signatureaccepted • Under 18: requires parent guarantor hard copymailed to HREoffice

Initial deposit of $1,500, due by May20. • NOTE: Those meeting requirements will automatically be authorizedto • defer their housing deposit to a laterdate: • Completed FAFSA by priority filing deadline (March2) • Federal expected family contribution (EFC) of $4,000 orless • Submitted requested financial aid documents required as part of the verification process. Refer to your myCI To Do List to confirm information for submission to the Financial Aid office NO LATER THAN May31 • Due date for all fall 2019 fees is August 20:pay in full, or sign up for Housing Installment PaymentPlan • Move in August23!

  9.  March 22: Housing applicationopens!  May 20: Priority deadline to apply forHousing  May 31: Financial Aid priority document submissiondeadline  June 7: Confirm roommate request in Housingapplication  July 29: Enroll in 9or more units to retain room assignment  August: Complete Alcohol Edu onlineprogram  August 20: Fall payments due for Housing, tuition, &fees August 23: Move-InDay!

Important AdministrativeInfo • Communication: • All important information communicated via myCI email – checkyour junk/spamfolder. • Payments: • Housing application fee & deposit MUST be paid through the Student Housing application. Future payments can be made electronically via myCI studentportal. • We offer a Housing Installment Payment Plan (HIPP). The HIPP costs$33 • per semester to use. Sign up via myCi. • Fall payments dates: August 20, September 20, & October20.

Important AdministrativeInfo • Financial Aid: • Refer to your myCI To Do List to confirm information for submissionto • FinancialAid. • If you intend to use student loans and or parent plus loans, be sure to complete online loan counselingand master promissory noteas soonas possible after accepting the award to avoid delays in loanfunding. • To retain deferred deposits you must have: submitted requested financialaid • documents required as part of the verification process by May31. • Missed deadline notification emails will be sent from Housing in June, with a deadline for when the deposit payment is due. Students who pay after that deadline will lose their Housing priority and may experience assignment delays. • Financial aid must fund by August 20to cover Housing fees. If it doesnot fund in time, personal payment must be made until itfunds. • Account must be paid in full, or first Housing installmentpayment • paid, by August20.
