WRRL- soweit zu verbessern, dass sie nicht mehr limitierend für Entwicklung der biol. Qualitätskomponenten und damit für die Erreichung des guten Zustands (bzw. des guten ökol. Potenzials) wirkt- Basis: Auswertung realisierter Maßnahmen im Rahmen von landesweiten Erfolgskontrollen
