Introduction to Pace Analytics Initiative • In 2011, Lubin decision science faculty Christion Madu and Chu-Hua Kuei, Dyson public administration chair Farrokh Hormozi and I initiated to develop a faculty interest group to integrate the best practices of analytics and business process management into all Pace programs • In January 2012, Lubin Dean Neil Braun showed interest in collaborating with Seidenberg and Dyson in developing more current analytics programs • Since then, a group of 25 faculty from all schools developed a web platform to share analytics resources http://community.seidenberg.pace.edu/innovation/analytics-home • April 20, 2012, IBM Analytics Briefing • May 22, 2012, 1-5PM: IBM Workshop on Cognos, PLV G300 • May 23, 2012, 9AM-12PM: IBM Workshop on SPSS, PLV G300 Dr. Lixin Tao
