MeetingPlace - Overview • MeetingPlace is an audio conferencing bridge with data collaboration • Participation can be via the web for video and/or the phone for audio • See how to gain access to both media below • The following access information applies to each day of the Enterprise Lexicon Workshop July 21- 23 • Meeting ID: 402402 • Meeting Password: 07092500 • Accessing MeetingPlace via the web • Anyone with Internet Access may join a Collaboration Meeting • Users need to have Flash Player installed to participate in web-collaborations • URL Address http://audioconference.mitre.org • Accessing MeetingPlace via the phone • Toll Free phone access via 1-866-648-7367

Cisco Unified Presenter Plug-In • Highly Recommended all users install the Plug In before entering a Collaboration Session • If participant is planning on sharing their desktop or an application, they MUST install the Plug-In • If not installed participant can only view shared content • Link for the Plug-In is located on the MeetingPlace Home Page • Download and run the executable – Takes about 10 seconds to load

  5. MeetingPlace – Browser Test • Highly Recommended first time participants run the browser test • It will identify any issues you may have using the collaboration window

  6. MeetingPlace – Joining a Web-Conference Press the connect button and you will join the web-conference

  7. MeetingPlace – Joining an Audio Conference • Call MeetingPlace Toll Free phone access via 1-866-648-7367 • Press ‘1’ to join a meeting • Enter the Meeting ID (402402) followed by ‘#’ • Speak your name or location • Press ‘1’ to join the meeting

  8. MeetingPlace – Joining a Web-Conference • Enter the Meeting ID of 402402 • Press Attend Meeting • Remember to run the Browser Test and Install the Cisco • Unified Add-In if you haven’t already
