  2. PRESENTATION OUTLINE • Progress Report; • Establishment of the Regional Steering Committee including TOR and stakeholder consultation. • Implementation plan and communication plan. • Business case development. • Support plan required for the project. • Challenges and recommendations.

  3. Progress on the implementation plan and Communication plan • Draft communication plan in place • DWA Mpumalanga and Limpopo Regional office are always in touch. • Schedule meetings to engage each to finalised the draft Communication and implementation plan.

  4. Progress of the establishment of the Regional Steering Committee including TOR and stakeholder consultation • Currently in the process of establishing Regional Steering Committee and drafting TOR. • Meetings have been co-ordinated with DWA Mpum to kick start the process • Database in place of stakeholders to be engaged and participate.

  5. Progress on the development of business case. • No draft Business Case for the CMA , meeting is scheduled by Limpopo between the Management Mpumalanga and Limpopo to delegate a person to run the process

  6. Support plan required for the project. • Need financial support from DWA • The CMA will need capacity building from DWA

  7. Challenges and Recommendation • Strengthen communication
