Boxing may be more prevalent in your community than you realized • “Whether professional or amateur, boxing enjoys a considerable following in the area.” -Salt Lake City Welcoming the world By: Dick Nourse and Francois Camoin • There are currently 14 clubs registered in Utah and registration is still open.

  3. “USA Boxing is responsible for the administration, development and promotion of Olympic-style boxing in the U.S.” -As stated by Utah Amateur Boxing Association All regulations for safety and organization are governed by USA boxing.

  4. Events held in Salt Lake City recently • We hosted the last chance qualifier for the Olympics in 2008. • In 2009 Salt Lake held the regional and National Golden Gloves Tournaments. • 2011 held the regional tournaments for the USA Championships and the Golden Gloves.
