Roadmap Grant Extension • New deadline for spending the Roadmap subawards: December 31, 2014 Please let us know if you need documentation of the grant extension • This extension also applies to the use of mentor/mentee funds Phase II Teams may request up to $2,000 in financial support from AAC&U for campus visits from Phase I mentors or other experts in the field

  4. Roadmap Project MeetingNovember 20149:00 AM – 2:00 PMAlamo Colleges – San Antonio. Texas • Project Meeting will focus on • Project sustainability and taking projects to scale • AAC&U’s next phase of work with broad access institutions • AAC&U will provide $500 per team leader to support travel expenses

  5. Roadmap Evaluation Update • All interviews have been completed • Thanks to all Phase I team leaders/teams who participated! • Transcription nearly completed • Analysis to be completed this summer • We will keep you updated about the emerging themes
