  3. Phase 4 • eFECS Phase 4 will provide online certification tools for: • FEC Recertification • Non FEC Cost share reporting of actuals • Grant and Contract Certification (GCCR)

  4. NON FEC Cost Share User Task Group • The eFECSUser Task Group Team will provide recommendations and feedback for the development of automated processes and procedures related to Establishing Parameters and Selecting Transactions to meet “supporting documentation” requirements. The UTG will help design process steps illustrated here: Oversight
