Background • How different kind of (IPv6) candidates should be combined with ICE • Don’t use loopback addresses, deprecated IPv6 addresses, or IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses • Use revised RFC 3484 rules • Combine link-local/ULA only with link-local/ULA • Don’t combine local relayed with IPv4 private or IPv6 link-local/ULA addresses • Negotiation whether updated rules are used
