Diseases associated with SETD2 include retinal ischemia, and coronary artery anomaly. GO annotations related to this gene include oxidoreductase activity and transition metal ion binding. An important paralog of this gene is NSD1. Specificity Specificity Specific to recombinant protein GX1730. This antibody detects mSETD2 protein.
