  3. ORGANIZADO Y METÓDICO Es importante que sepa priorizar, lo que requiere una gran capacidad de análisis y organización.     EFICIENTE

  4. BUEN COMUNICADOR Requiere ser capaz de transmitir bien las ideas que se pretenda trasladar a los alumnos.     ILUSIONANTE Y MOTIVADOR

  5. GENEROSO Muy comprometido en su labor educativa, no sólo en lo referente a lo académico sino también en el desarrollo vital de sus alumnos.     HUMANO

  6. INQUIETO Y CRÍTICO CONSIGO MISMO Quiere aprender constantemente, adaptándose rápidamente a los cambios que la sociedad le requiere.     BUEN PROFESIONAL

  7. CONOCE Y MANTIENE EL LUGAR QUE OCUPA Se sabe parte de un equipo y trabaja codo con codo con otros profesores de forma equilibrada Conoce y deja muy claro a los alumnos cuál es su rol en el aula MIEMBRO DE UN EQUIPO RESPETADO POR SUS ALUMNOS GUÍA Y ORIENTADOR
