  7. FAQ Note: The Corona Friday Night Fights Sponsorship is primarily designed for on-air and digital reach. We have limited control over in-venue elements and activations. The primary focus is ring signage as well as signage that’s visible to ESPN camera’s. Since our sponsorship is not with the venue’s and promoters, all other venue signage and merchandising must be approved on a case-by-case basis. Local Activation Q: How can I activate this event locally? A: ESPN does not have control over local activations with promoters or venues and they are unable to provide guardrails for local activations. Local market activations are coordinated with local promoters and there are not consistencies from market to market. ESPN however is willing to facilitate the discussion. Q: Can I have the contact information for the local promoters? A: ESPN is working on compiling a list of contact information for local promoters. The network is also willing to facilitate the discussion. Please contact Leo Arciniegas @ ESPN, 212-456-7013. Q: What POS opportunities are there at the venue? A: In-venue signage, pouring or marketing requires coordination directly with the venue. The venue may have existing agreements with competitor(s). If you would like to brand t-shirts, key chains, etc. with the ESPN Deportes/FNF logo, we have rights to use the logos until August 31st. ESPN is willing to facilitate discussions with the venue. Please contact Leo Arciniegas @ ESPN, 212-456-7013. Q: Can I do a ticket-giveaway promotion? A: Ticket Giveaways can be coordinated with local promoters or using the tickets allotted to us under our agreement. They are prohibited from using the ESPN FNF/Combates marks, otherwise are able to giveaway tickets with any entity. Q: Can I put Corona branding on the Ring Girls Cards? A: The ring card girls are secured through the local promoter and/or venue. This has to be handled on a venue-by-venue basis. Some venue’s have existing relationships with competitor(s). Note that the Ring-Card girls are not shown on the ESPN2/ESPN Deportes broadcasts.

  8. FAQ TICKETS Q: How many tickets will I be receiving per match and where are the seats located? A: ESPN will be providing 8 tickets per match. Ticket allocation will be 6 ringside, 2 in stands. Q: Where/how do I get the tickets? A: All tickets will be at will-call under the name that you have given Horizon Media. Should you have any questions or problems with will-call, please contact Doug Laughrey @ ESPN, 860-705-5957, Doug.w.loughrey@espn.com. Q: Can I purchase additional tickets? A: It will be best to purchase extra tickets at the venue or through Ticketmaster (if you need them in advance). Each event is handled different. For example, with events at casinos, tickets are most often released to the promoter a day or two prior to the event. In other instances, the promoter is in control of the tickets, or the venue can manage the ticket distribution. Should you have additional questions about purchasing tickets, please contact Doug Laughrey @ ESPN, 860-708-5957, Doug.w.loughrey@espn.com.
