  2. Remuneration for publications • The Faculty has approved a proposal for remunerating publications. • Starting from last year, this will be included in PBBS calculations

  3. Call for help • If you are getting students to hand in written assignments electronically next semester, please send a copy to Tharinee (tharineeb@yahoo.com)

  4. New referencing system • Use of Digital Object Identifiers (DOI) • Many articles have DOIs for enhanced searching • Journals are starting to request inclusion of DOIs on reference lists • Copy and paste bibliography into http://www.crossref.org/SimpleTextQuery/
