  3. Project Background • Purpose: update City of Dublin crash mapping system • Change from location-based centerline system to current LBRS system • Replicate existing automation (MS Access) in ArcMap and improve process

  4. Project Background • Use existing LBRS data + 3 years of crash data • Create crash database • Crashes geolocated • Create customized ArcGIS toolbar • Develop automation tools • Process crash data • Reports • Analyze patterns
