  6. Functional & Non-Functional Guilt Functional Guilt is good guilt It helps us make good choices Helps you move forward Helps you grow Non Functional Guilt is bad guilt It just makes us feel bad It is not helpful It is not productive

  7. Redefining Family Relationships Friends Family Your relatives Your ex Your ex’s relatives An extended family New families and step children Have a strong support system Make new friends some of whom are single too. Branch out and try new activities as well
