Our Journey to 85:5/16 Budget & Facilities Management • The “pot of money” does have a very defined bottom. • Using resources wisely means taking some expenditures off the plate – what is the priority? • Regular forecasting of resource usage • Keep the team informed of all budget decisions and potential shortfalls Mission: In partnership with students, families, and the community, provide student centered learning environments that Cultivate character, Foster academic achievement, and Embrace diversity.
