Editing - Problems • Offline Editing • Long winded: • Check out->download->edit->upload->Check In • Forget to delete local copy • Multiple versions everywhere • Using mail system as file-system • Still saved on network drives • No real collaboration • Not acceptable in secure environments • People not really using DMS, unless forced Growth through Knowledge
