Odoo Referral app helps you to share job positions that are open at your workplace. One can easily refer to their friends using this intuitive tool. The job board gets you with all the information that you need to know about the opened position. One can thereby, choose the perfect job position for your friend and share them via mail or social networks.

  2. INTRODUCTION ❖ Odoo Referral app helps you to share job positions that are open at your workplace. ❖ ❖ One can easily refer to their friends using this intuitive tool. The job board gets you with all the information that you need to know about the opened position. ❖ One can thereby, choose the perfect job position for your friend and share them via mail or social networks.

  3. Goto Referrals -> START NOW

  4. Select Avatar from dashboard

  5. We can see successful,ongoing and referrals,For more information click on that

  6. Click > Ongoing ,We can see Ongoing Referrals

  7. To Refer a friend : Click on the JOB POSITIONS from dashboard > REFER FRIEND

  8. Specify mail id > SEND MAIL

  9. We can mail a friend also from dashboard

  10. Click to Level up if we have points

  11. Changed the level and outfits of the avatar

  12. To view rewards gained -> Click on the REWARDS from dashboard

  13. To view Job Positions -> Click on the JOB POSITIONS from dashboard

  14. It will redirected to Website. Click on the Apply Now to send application

  15. Submit the form.Then Goto -> Recruitment app

  16. From Applications > By job Positions > We can see newly created job application

  17. To create Rewards : Configuration > Rewards > Create

  18. Specify the Reward details > Save

  19. To create Levels : Configuration > Levels > Create

  20. Specify the Level details > Save

  21. To create Friends : Configuration > Friends > Create

  22. Specify the Friends details > Save

  23. To create Alerts on dashboard : Configuration > Alerts > Create

  24. Specify the Alerts details > Save

  25. Goto Dashboard > Click on Alert

  26. We will redirected to job positions.

  27. To create Onboarding : Configuration > Onboarding > Create
