George Couros-@gcouros • Principal and Educator • Tweets very often about issues and progress in education and ed.tech • Follows EDIT 202 lectures and makes helpful contributions and connections from class discussions • Puts useful links into his Tweets that are usually both technology and education related

  5. PSBAA-@PublicSchoolsab • Public School Board’s Association of Alberta • Tweets often about news and issues happening in Alberta’s schools • Posts articles about innovations in technology and policies in other schools in Canada and around the world – here’s an example:

My Progress and discoveries • I am currently following around 40 people out of 59 that are either fellow education students, educators or education organizations • I have been able to find previous elementary and high school teachers of mine to follow. This gives me the ability to ask them questions easily and efficiently about education • Creating a Twitter profile has opened up a world of information for me to discover just from other people posting articles for me to read and retweet if I so choose • I feel more connected to my EDIT 202 class through Twitter when using #edit202
