  3. Fjords A Fjord is a long narrow inlet of sea between two steep cliffs. The coast of Norway has hundreds of rocky Fjords. The longest Fjord I Norway is the songnefjorden, It is 205 kilometres long and 1,308 meters deep.

  4. Glaciers Glaciers are large ,slow-moving mounds of rock and sediment that move under the influence of gravity. In the 1990s Norwegian Glaciers got bigger as a result of a lot of bad winters in a row.

  5. Rivers streams and forests Norwegians care very much about the environment. Over 30% of Norway is covered in forests ,rivers and streams.

  6. Winter Olympics The winter Olympics were held in Norway in the town of Lillehammer in 1994. The winter Olympics has sports such as: • Ice-skating • Downhill skiing • Ice hockey • Curling • Bobsleigh • Ski jump • Skeleton • snowboard
