  2. Mini Vision|Multiplication | At some point our group will need to multiply and create more room, for more people to connect and take next steps.

  3. Read Luke 7|36-50 1. In what ways is the woman judged by Simon?

  4. 2. What is your reaction to what the woman has done? Is Jesus’ reaction the same or different?

  5. 3. If you think of Jesus’ ministry on the Earth, what is surprising and unexpected about how he does it?

  6. 4. Where do you believe Jesus would do ministry if he was here today?

  7. 5. Read 1 Corinthians 12|12 – 27. Each role in the body is vital. Do you think your gifts involve building up and supporting the body (think bones, ligaments etc) or in reaching out and bringing others in (think eyes, arms, mouth)?

  8. 6. Though we do not always reach out as much as we could, we tend to be gracious and forgiving with those people who are clearly in need (think outreach events, Servefest etc). Now a person comes to church, how do our expectations change?

  9. 7. What does it mean when people tell you to “look at other’s with God’s eyes”? Would this describe how you approach others or not?

  10. 8. At church do you find yourself to be judgmental or welcoming? How do you stretch yourself in your dealings with people at church?

  11. 9. How do we develop an authentic community in the church free from judgmentalism?

  12. 10. “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a harder battle”. In what ways has God challenged you or is challenging you when it comes to your interactions with others?
