INSTITUTO BRASILEIRO DA DIVERSIDADE • QUEM SOMOS • O IBD - Instituto Brasileiro da Diversidade é uma organização da sociedade civil, sem fins lucrativos, formado por pessoas e instituições que se dedicam à promoção da Diversidade. • QUANDO NASCEMOS • Fundado em 2005, inicia suas atividades em resposta a um estudo que apontou uma inadequada representatividade no mercado de trabalho brasileiro de alguns segmentos como: afrodescendentes, mulheres e pessoascom deficiência. • O QUE FAZEMOS • Sensibilizar e habilitar organizações, organismos públicos e profissionais em gestão de pessoas para a prática da diversidade; • Promover e desenvolver pesquisas e projetos com foco na Diversidade;- Assessorar e planejar a edição de livros didáticos no tocante à diversidade.
