Mandatory Parent Meeting August 28, 7:30am Bring : Signed permission slip Signed health form $5 per child (checks to Pinon PTO, scholarships available) Pick up your chain and token! Members of the Pinon Mileage Club will each receive a chain to display their toe tokens. Tokens are earned by running or walking miles during Pinon Mileage Club sessions. Parent volunteers are needed. Call Sarah Chandler for more information, 672-2726. Permission Slip My child or children (include grades) __________________________________________________ may participate in the Pinon Mileage Club. I will send my child in appropriate shoes. I know that Pinon Mileage Club is not responsible for lost chains or tokens.
