What is Northamptonshire Analysis? • Northamptonshire Analysis is a website which brings together a wide range of information and intelligence on the county in one easily accessible place • It is anticipated that Northamptonshire Analysis will become a strategic tool for use by NCC, partners and wider stakeholders across the County • Data within Northamptonshire Analysis will drive strategic assessments such as the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment, Partnership Strategic Assessment and Economic Assessment • It will also form the basis of strategic planning for NCC and for other needs based requirements such as commissioned services Business Intelligence & Performance Improvement

  3. In the future: data set uploaded to the Hub Why use the hub? Currently: data set situated within BIPI Business Intelligence & Performance Improvement

Progress to date • Workshops in February, May and August 2012 to formulate approach to data and content on the Hub • Work within NCC over the past few months has focused on: • Updating the presentation and branding of site and associated products (e.g. dynamic reports, profiles) • Uploading datasets as agreed through the Workshops • Working with partners to obtain datasets and information • Formulating protocols, processes and user guides • Scoping out future resource, funding and technical needs. Communications and launch plan • NCC Communications and Marketing supporting with developing launch plan • Key stakeholders include: • NCC • Directorate Management Teams • Third/fourth tier managers • Commissioners - Members • Partners - Chief Executives Group • Partnership launch event leading to formation of partnership working groups to develop and embed Northamptonshire Analysis • Wider PR/public interest • Small and Medium Enterprises • Third sector organisations Business Intelligence & Performance Improvement
