  1. Registration of HDR onto video Last time I had this registration

  2. Tried to improve the segmentation, by searching patches that are 5 pixel away from where the homography indicates. Chose the patch that the has similar gradient directions within the patch. The pixel based decision causes noisy results.

  3. Registration over time • I tried to see how the homography turns out over time. Fitted the homography for each video frame independently. • Notice the flickering and change in the homography. Temporal smoothing of the homgraphy might help. • <see the video link in the email>

HDR hallucination from EGSR07 • http://www.kunzhou.net/publications/HDR-egsr07.pdf • This work transfer HDR detail inside an image from a properly exposed area to an overexposed area, as indicated by user scribbles. • It gives an interesting way to separate HDR detail from illumination (like Durand and Dorsey – bilateral filtering based method). • User interaction to transfer details to video?
