Belly Dance is said to have originated in the Middle East; there are varied accounts of this expressive and beautiful dance throughout the annals of history as a social ritual and a form of communication between individuals to connect through the art of movement. Once westernized, it became a symbol of distinctive performance and unique reverence to the talent of choreographed exhibition.
