  2. Login At the login page, you will enter the following: Do not use dashes in User ID Click “Logon”

  3. Homepage From the Homepage, you can update your information, create and manage reports, and view account or investment performance.

  4. Account Information From the Homepage, click “Account Information” at the top of the page. Then choose an option you wish to view. Once you’ve selected an option, it will bring you to another page with information regarding the option you chose.

  5. Investment Detail • Under “Investment Detail” you will be able to view all of the investments you have elected to defer into, the percentage of your balance in each investment, and the percentage of your balance in each asset class. From the additional sources menu, you can choose to view information from a specific source, i.e. Employee 401k.

  6. Balances by Source • From the “Account Information” menu at the top of the page, click “Balance by Source” from the drop down menu. • This will show you the balance within each source in your account and your vested percent. • It also gives you a graph that shows how much is in each source as a percent and in dollars.

  7. Loan Summary • From the “Account Information” menu at the top of the page, click “View Loans.” Select a loan from the drop down menu to view payments, interest, payoff amount, amortization schedule, and other information regarding your loan.

  8. Statement on Demand Click “Statement on Demand” in the “Account Information” menu. Choose the date range you wish to view. Click “Generate”

  9. E-Statements Click “E-Statements” in the “Account Information” menu Click on a statement to view it.

  10. Investment Information Under the “Investment Information” menu, there are two options: “Performance and Prospectuses” will show all of the investments in the plan and their performance. “My Performance” will show the investments you selected and their performance.

  11. Investment Performance Click the “Performance and Prospectuses” option under the “Investment Information” menu. Here you can view all of the investments in the plan, their performance, and their expense ratios.

  12. My Performance Click “My Performance” under the “Investment Information” menu. • “Rate of Return” is where you can view your personal rate of return. You can filter by source, fund, or period. • “Net vs. Investment” shows whether your investments have gained money (green) or lost money (red) over time. • You can also filter by source, fund, or period.

My Performance Click “My Performance” under the “Investment Information” menu. • “Cumulative Returns” allows you to view your returns since your plan has been with MVP. • You can filter by source, fund, or period. • “Activity Summary” summarizes your investment activity. • You can also filter by source, fund, or period.

  14. My Performance Click “My Performance” under the “Investment Information” menu. “Balance History” shows your balance in the plan over time. You can filter by source, fund, or period.

  15. Transactions From the Main Menu at the top of the page, click “Transactions.” Then choose an option you wish to view. Options will display details on transactions made or allow you to make changes to your investments.

  16. Change Future Elections • From the top of the page under “Transactions,” click “Change Future Elections.” • Here you can change your election percentages. Click “Submit Investment Elections” to save changes

  17. Investment Transfers • From the “Transactions” menu at the top of the page, click “Investment Transfers” from the drop down menu. Choose your Transfer type Choose the Investment you want to transfer from Choose the dollar amount or percent you want to transfer Click Continue

  18. Investment Transfers Continued • Once you click “Continue,” the next page will let you decide which investment you want to transfer to. Choose the Investment and the transfer dollar amount or percent. Check the “Understand and Agree Box” Click “Transfer” to finalize changes

  19. Realign Portfolio • From the “Transactions” menu at the top of the page, click “Realign Portfolio” from the drop down menu. Choose the Investments and percentages you want to realign (rebalance). Read policies and check the “Understand and Agree Box”. Then click “Submit Realignment”

Loan Modeling • From the “Transactions” menu at the top of the page, click “Loan Modeling” from the drop down menu. • Select the Loan Type and amount • *Note “Loan Information” for current interest rate, loan guidelines, and available amounts. Enter Term in months Enter an amount Select number of payments and payment cycle Add special instructions as needed Click “Calculate Payment”

  21. Web History • From the “Transactions” menu at the top of the page, click “Web History” from the drop down menu. This allows you to view changes you have requested on the web. Choose the Filtering options from the “Filtering Pending Activity “ drop down menu. Choose “Transaction Status” and then click “Filter Pending Activity”.

  22. Transaction History • From the “Transactions” menu at the top of the page, click “Transaction History” from the drop down menu. This allows you to view all transactions made to your account. Choose the date range in the “Filter Options” section. *Note that you can export to a PDF or Excel. Click “Update.”

Automatic Rebalance • From the “Transactions” menu at the top of the page, click “Automatic Rebalance” from the drop down menu. “Automatic Rebalance” allows you to schedule a rebalancing of your account to your investment elections at the time the rebalancing occurs. For instance, if you elect to rebalance on December 31 of each year, then your investment elections as of December 31 will be how your entire account will be reinvested. Click “Details” to set see your current investment elections and choose the rebalancing cycle. Click “Details.”

  24. Automatic Rebalance Continued Choose a schedule from the drop box Choose the cycle from the drop box. Note that all quarterly rebalancing will occur on the 6th day of the quarter. If that day is not a day the market is open, then the rebalancing will occur on the next day the market is open. Click “Elect this Portfolio” to set your rebalancing. If a redemption fee applies, you will be informed of it at this time. You will still have the option of canceling your request, if you do not wish to incur a redemption fee. The option “Select a Different Portfolio” is not used at this time. Click “Elect This Portfolio” You will receive a confirmation when the automatic rebalance has been accepted. Please make a note of your “Confirmation Number.”

  25. My Profile • From the “My Profile” menu at the top of the page, click “Personal Information” from the drop down menu. Here you can view your personal information and update address, phone, and/or email.

  26. Beneficiary Information • From the “My Profile” menu at the top of the page, click “Beneficiary Information” from the drop down menu. • Update/Add beneficiaries by clicking “Add Beneficiary” • Edit Beneficiary percentages by clicking “Edit Share Percentage”

Beneficiary Information • Input all of the Beneficiary information into the form below (i.e. First and Last Name, Share Percentage and address information). • Select the Beneficiary Type from the drop down menu. • Select the Relationship from the drop down menu. After editing is completed, click “Continue”

  28. Change Logon ID • From the “My Profile” menu at the top of the page, click “Change Logon ID” from the drop down menu. • Edit your Logon ID by either entering in a personal ID or leaving it blank (which will default to your SSN) Click “Submit”

  29. Change Password • From the “My Profile” menu at the top of the page, click “Change Password” from the drop down menu. Edit Password Click “Submit Password Change”

  30. Create a Secret Question and Answer • From the “My Profile” menu at the top of the page, click “Create a Secret Question and Answer” from the drop down menu. Create a question and answer only you will know as this will allow you to re-enter your account if you cannot recall the Logon information. Click “Submit”

  31. Retirement Planning & Tools • From the “Retirement Planning & Tools” menu at the top of the page you can access a variety of financial calculators and calculate your projected retirement plan savings. Choose an option you wish to view. Once you have selected an option, a page will display with information and tools for your use.

  32. Financial Calculators • From the “Retirement Planning & Tools” menu at the top of the page, click “Financial Calculators” from the drop down menu. A new internet window or tab will open to MVP’s financial calculator page where you can use these helpful tools.

  33. Account Projection • From the “Retirement Planning & Tools” menu at the top of the page, click “Account Projection” from the drop down menu. Here you can input your Annual Percentage Rate (anticipated annual return), Monthly Contribution, and Years Left Until Retirement to get a projected future balance of your retirement plan account. Click “Calculate”

  34. Documents and Forms • From the “Documents and Forms” menu at the top of the page, you can obtain forms for distributions, loans, view tax forms (if applicable), and selecting Beneficiaries. Once you’ve selected an option, a pop up with the form you requested can be opened or downloaded to your computer.

  35. Contact Us • From the “Contact Us” menu at the top of the page, information on how to contact MVP via mail, phone, and email is available. To contact us via email right from the website, simply fill out the Information Request Form. Click “Send Message”
