  3. Limerick Conference Significant successes: • Some excellent plenary speakers (Lawrence Lessing, Egon Verharen, Guy Almes); • Accommodation on campus; • Connectivity; • Great venue; • Excellent conference support; • Gala Evening, excellent; • HEAnet and the University of Limerick support

  4. Limerick Conference Problems: • Transport - the Aer Lingus strike; • Same as usual: less than optimal presentations; • Chairing not particularly good; • Lunches

  5. Limerick Conference Financial update: • 324 participants; • 39 cancellations; • Teleglobe paid their sponsorship invoice; • Outstanding sponsorship invoices
