  4. Industry Led Oil Spill Drills • Work with Industry to Engage Local Emergency Management and Tribal Officials in Command Post • NW Straits Foundation and Department of Ecology

  5. Local Incident Notification System • Develop and Establish Local Incident Notification Communication Tree • Each of the Six Counties, as Appropriate • Assess Existing Tools and Augment as Needed • Conduct Pilot Test in Each County
