  6. Work requests 2011 PH-ESE Refurbishment of sanitary installations in Bat 13/14 (GS tender out). Complete air-conditioning installation in bat13/14 (GS finally starting to move on this) Refurbishment on entrance of bat 13 (not yet in detailed GS planning). Refurbishment of SS13 to make it appropriate for storage and secondary labs General painting of corridors and stair cases when the work above is finalized. Refurbishment of meeting room 13-2-005 (air conditioning, heating, curtains, painting, EVO infrastructure)

BLINDS/WINDOWS/MiscellaneousBldg/office(TRD) 13-r-038: install blinds on the windows (difficulties to read screens), also, phonic isolation would be necessary. Work requests 2011 • ALICE Point 2 • Bldg 2285 (SX2) : draining of the toilets • The draining of the SX2 toilettes runs along the building (partially beneath the ACR) and gets often blocked because of the low design slope. The ACR occupants have complained in various occasions, for obvious reasons. Vallier intervenes practically every month to unblock the duct. According to GS (Pierre Debernard) the solution would consist in making a new draining outside the building, and condemning the old one. GS came a couple of times to study this. We could profit of these works for renovating the toilettes, which are in very bad conditions.

Work requests 2011 ALICE Point 2 Bldg2252 (SXL2): fix doors (request pending :https://edms.cern.ch/camms/plsql/d7i_reports.form_7?event=17331685&button=Search) Outside: renovation of asphalts in parking slots (Already presented at the SPOB/GTPE/Site Cttee: storage area in order to remove old barracks at P2, we assume it is funded)

  13. Work requests 2011 • CMS • BDG 27 • Sous-sol: Recuperate space with old heating (to be dismantled). Could serve as storage space. This should be relatively easy. • Dismantle the "sas" of the room close to the entrance, enlarge it by adding a room close by, no longer used by the cleaners, to make a lab. This could be quite tricky since there are electrical cupboards etc... so there can be safety issues. • Re-paint the corridors and refurbish some windows. • Refurbish toilets

Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 51, and 581 of 3 • Structure • Leaking roof (currently some repairs undertaken) • Façade (incl windows and blinds) need renovation • Corridors and stairwells need renovation • Infrastructure • Electricity should be checked (old sockets and wiring) • Heating ineffecient (full renovation required)

Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 51, and 583 of 3 • Conclusion • Given the large population and number of floors (up to 4 plus basement) and the number of workshops and laboratories, priority should be given to the installation of fire doors throughout these buildings). An in-depth study has been requested (to be carried out by HSE, F. Corsanego).

Terminé (reste branchement à la sous-station) Devis électrique reçu, en attente des travaux. Les travaux sont en cours, électricité + plomberie. En attente des constats de l’expert concernant les renforts de la plate-forme (M. Poelher). Début des travaux, semaine 24. Plate-forme ouverte le 11/07/2011 HSE demande maintenant une expertise de la charpente metallique (pour le 15/09/2011) Le gros des travaux est terminé, reste peinture, eclairage, finitions

(Magnin, Morton), déménagement de Degennaroau 510, fin juinfin Août Bat 4. Sous-sol, rassemblement DAQ Correction de la tuyauterie. En cours, coût ballon eau froide ~24 kCHF Devis paroi coupe-feu -> 13000 chf, installation courant juillet, reste les portes, et installation faux-plancher ensuite. Groupe eau mixte reçu et en attente d’installation. Locaux annexes pour ALICE, manque électricité et faux-plancher, semaine 26 et 27.

  28. Space Requests - Offices Bat 104 : Déménagement de CAST, août 2011 Bat 58-R, il reste encore 1 bureau à libérer pour GS-AIS. (Toujours pas de solution, ISOLDE demande 1 bureau en échange), Solution trouvée, en attente de la date de déménagement - Terminé Bat 42 : ~90%, utilisé en burotel Bat 251 : R-004 pratiquement prêt pour remplacer l’atelier de la baraque ALICE 553. Prêt Bat 1 : En courts de travaux (cloisonnement, peinture) sera prêt fin mai pour déménager les TILES ATLAS du Bat 54/E. Travaux et déménagement terminé

Solution en vue au bat 1/1 1 bureau pour LCD au 51/1 En cours 1 labo pour LCD 1 labo pour ATLAS vers 251 2 labos pour LHCb autour du 13-14 1 local de stockage pour LHCb demandé au 13 S pour informatique. Résolu 3 bureaux pour TOTEM au Bat 506. 1 trouvé cédé par n-TOF + 1 cédé par AD3, toujours en attente du 3ième demandé à ATLAS 1 bureaux au 892 pour DG-RP. En cours Terminé

  30. B42 status • End of construction small works • Creation of 4 meeting rooms in 42-R (2xATLAS, 2xCMS) • Create walls for 2 existing open meeting spaces in 42-1 and 42-2 • Curtains for south facing offices? • Discussed with M. Poehler, looks doable • Asked funds to GS

  31. Space Requests - Storage • 50 palettes de fibres optiques, pour débarrasser le 191-SS et 904 (PH-ESE). Possibilité de reconditionner les palettes pour gagner de la place. • Temps de stockage : indéfini • Tourets de câbles + mesures magnétiques (30 à 50 m2), pour débarrasser le 168 (Kristic, PH-DT). • Temps de stockage : indéfini • Problème du 185 à vider, aucune solution trouvée pour le moment pour le stockage PH-DT et NA62. A solutionner par GS pour débuter les travaux de désamiantage.
